此句型中，提前的比較級(jí)通常有3種結(jié)構(gòu)，
The+形容詞比較級(jí)；
The+副詞比較級(jí)；
The+形容詞比較級(jí)+名詞，SC通常不會(huì)考察結(jié)構(gòu)的問題，會(huì)考察語義搭配，比如形容詞修飾名詞，副詞修飾動(dòng)詞，形容詞，或另一個(gè)副詞，語義搭配是否合理。

此句型“ 越… 越…”，前一個(gè)“the +比較級(jí)”相當(dāng)于比較狀語從句，后一個(gè)“the + 比較級(jí)”為主句。句式可以倒裝，但是注意通常情況下，從句中的主語與謂語必須是正常語序，不能是倒裝語序。主句可根據(jù)需要調(diào)整，既可采用正常語序，也可采用倒裝語序。
例如：
The noisier they were, the happier was their mother.
The harder you work, the more progress you will get.
NO.3 三
此句型涉及一些省略規(guī)則：
1. 如果主、從句中的謂語動(dòng)詞是系動(dòng)詞be，而且主語非代詞時(shí)，此時(shí)be常常省略。
例如：
The better the food (is), the more popular a restaurant gets.
The higher the tree (is), the stronger the wind (is).
The more exercise you take, the stronger you are.
(注意：此句中的系動(dòng)詞are不能省略)
2. 對(duì)于主句在前，從句在后的特殊情況，主句中形容詞或副詞前的the常常省略。
例如：
You practise (the) more, the better you can understand.
I knew him (the) more, the more I liked him.
3. 主、從句敘述的內(nèi)容有重合，可適當(dāng)省略，
例如：
The sooner (you finish it), the better (it will be).
The more (you know it), the more dangerous (it will be).
